Fabulous cooking tip

Have you ever had the fabulous spaghetti squash? A squash that tastes like spaghetti without the calories of pasta? I had two of them from my food co-op and decided to cook them. So to the Joy of Cooking cookbook for directions (Because last time it turned into mush instead of strands)-- and they say to cook it in the microwave. All you do is pierce the skin a couple times with a knife, throw it into the microwave whole and 15 minutes later-- presto!!! You have to try it. Its too good to be true. Without heating up your oven you can have squash in 15 minutes! No pans!

Dear Nora! Could you e-mail me at: when you can? Here's what happened. I was moving and cleaning up some files on my lap top. In going thru some old e-purchases and receipts I made a very embarassing discovery It has to do with a wedding gift, so please, face is beet red as I communicate this, but I cannot stand the fact that this fell again thru the cracks. OK? Let me know your e-mail and address soon if it's OK. Hugs to you both, Sharron
(You don't have to post this, I just didn't have you're e-mail)

Wow! That is speedy and a new tip. I always make it on a cookie sheet in the oven but it has to cook for forever. We love our spaghetti squash! Cheers for squash in Arizona and in Maryland!
